一橋IDと在留カードを入手し、以下のフォームから外国人留学生登録をしてください。
Obtain your Hitosubashi ID and residence card, and fill out the Registration Form below.
パスポートのID写真ページと在留カードの表面・裏面の写真をスキャン・撮影し、以下の例のように、ファイル名に自分の一橋IDを入れ保存してください。
例：
1234567A (自分の一橋ID)_passport
1234567A (自分の一橋ID)_front
1234567A (自分の一橋ID)_back
各ファイルの中身とタイトルが一致しているか確認し、アップロードしてください。
Scan or take a picture of the ID photo page of your passport and the front and the back of your residence card. Save the files with your Hitotsubashi ID as the sample shown below.
Sample:
1234567A (your Hitotsubashi ID)_passport
1234567A (your Hitotsubashi ID)_front
1234567A (your Hitotsubashi ID)_back
Make sure the content of each file and the title match, and upload them.
「確認」ボタンを押したら、次のページの一番下にある「送信」ボタンを押し、「エントリーを受け付けました」というメッセージが最後のページに表示されるのを確認してください。
Press "Confirm", and press "Submit" at the bottom on the next page. Make sure you get a message "Thank you for your registration." on the last page.
自分のメールアドレスに、「外国人留学生登録完了」のメールが届きます。
A completion confirmation email will be sent to your address.

Registration deadline: September 30, 11:59 p.m.
※このフォームは在留カードを持っている方のみ記入してください。日本国籍の方は記入する必要はありません。
This form is only for students who have a Residence Card. Japanese passport holders do not need to fill out this form.
※仮の在留カードを持っている方は、正式なカードを受け取ってからフォームを記入してください。
